The “Super Classic360 is designed via technologically Advanced Methodology (T.A. M.) and is built around “Selective Laser Sintering”. an advanced rapid prototyping process that delivers a fine crisp smooth surface finish, outstanding resonance with close tolerances.
The “Super Classic360 utilizes Sugal’s proprietary copper metal formulation (94% pure copper body) to resonate without sounding “gritty” “nasal” "kazooish" or plastic at the core.

Although the technology is dramatically different than CNC manufacturing the results of TAM are very close tolerance and smooth surfaces.
